AgBid, Inc. runs hay pools in Florida. A pool is one grower's full flatbed of hay, split between barns near each other: each barn buys the amount it can store, freight is shared by weight, and every dollar sits on an open ledger. Nothing is charged unless the truck fills and rolls.
Every lot ships with an independent forage analysis, so buyers see the lab's own numbers before committing. Sellers pay nothing to sell; AgBid charges the buyer a fee on the hay only, never on freight.
